The Salvation Army work tirelessly to provide the best level of service that they can for those who are vulnerable and in need of support. They recognise that their staff are the key to providing a high level of service and it is imperative to them that their staff are armed with all the information and tools that they need to fulfil their job role to the highest possible standard.

The Salvation Army wanted to provide all new and existing staff members with an easy to follow induction pack.

Previously this information had been disjointed and hard to follow, so they wanted a coherent and flexible solution, which not only gave their staff all the information that they needed, but also allowed them to add to it as and when it was required.

After careful consideration it was decided to produce a non-corporate looking design. This allowed the folder to be warm, inviting and more importantly, less intimidating.

The sub dividers found within the folder were designed to be bright and bold in contrast to the folder, helping them to stand out.

We also designed word document templates which followed the same design for consistency, but allowed the Salvation Army to edit and add content as required and print in-house to save money.

The final outcome provided every staff member with an attractive and easy-to-use folder, containing all the information that they needed to ensure they were able to fulfil their job to the best of their abilities.
