United Welsh Housing Association are a not-for-profit charitable organisation, who provide homes and related services in South Wales. They currently manage over 5,000 properties and produce a wide variety of promotional publications, all of which maintain the objective of captivating and involving readers to encourage a greater level of engagement with their services.

This magazine was created to give United Welsh a platform to regularly update their staff and partner organisations as to the developments within their community well-being initiative called ‘Thrive’, which specialises in accommodation, support and well-being services, providing people with homes and targeted help when they need it most.

By utilising the magazines title ‘Let’s Thrive Together’, the bright colours found within the existing ‘Thrive’ brand. We developed a burst of colour emanating from the various silhouetted shapes, to visually emulate the concept of health and well being, whilst creating an attractive cover.

We also kept clean and simple page layouts and utilise info-graphics wherever possible, to help to ensure the magazine was accessible.

The end result featured an eye-catching, easy to read magazine, which was more engaging and enable United Welsh to keep their partner organisations and staff up to date with all latest developments.
